What is Only Bidding?
Only Bidding is an auction website to help hotels increase their room occupancy levels.
Hotel suppliers can place auctions for specific dates/nights so that rooms can be filled when occupancy is low.
Customers can place bids on auction listings to book hotel rooms.
Why join Only Bidding?
Every hotel has fixed costs such as staffing, electricity etc, regardless of whether the hotel is fully or partly occupied. Unoccupied rooms equal a loss in revenue. If there are unoccupied rooms why not try and fill them to increase your turnover? That is where Only Bidding can help hotels to boost their revenues substantially at a very low cost.
Only Bidding is an auction website for hotel rooms. Research shows an increase in the popularity of auction-based websites with consumers. We can help connect you to a global audience of hundreds of millions of potential buyers.
Only Bidding can help fill these rooms at a value that you, the Supplier are happy with and a price that the guest is happy with- a win win situation!
For travel/holiday agents, our site is a fantastic outlet to help you sell excess hotel room nights at affordable rates.
Advantages of joining Only Bidding
The Only Bidding system is a totally new concept in selling hotel rooms as you can sell actual dates not vouchers. This ensures you sell the dates you want to sell.
Hotels can analyse their hotel occupancy levels and be reactive to dates where they know they will have low occupancy levels thus increasing their turnover.
The Only Bidding system is fully flexible- you can put auctions with check in dates anywhere from tomorrow up to 12 months! The duration of the actual auction can run for is also fully flexible from a minute to a month! Another great feature of Only Bidding is that you can put a multiple number of hotel stays for the same night under one listing. For example, you could be selling a hotel room stay between 1st July- 7th July x 10, i.e. there could be 10 prospective winners for this auction.

- The Supplier uploads details of the listing of the rooms that it wishes to sell via the auction i.e. check in and check out date, auction start and end date, number of rooms and the start price.
